*Note* 1/4 mile track
test and comparison is based on following
75 degrees Fahrenheit, 50% humidity, both test
nights
1999 Bandit 1200. Internally stock motor except for 1990 GSXR1100 intake cam. 5
degree ignition advancer, full hindle exhaust, Heavy
duty oil cooler, and additional oil
lines.
Motor has 34000 relatively hard km's
on it, running less than sticky Avon Azaro II 35/36
tires which tended to spin right through well into third gear. The testing night
when the flatslides were run, the tendancy to spin up seemed to be worse. I'm running a 47/15
sprocket ratio.
I've taken the two best
tickets from each day, figured by one with the most no. of best numbers, and
then also taken the best number available from any other ticket, possibly
including the one already written down. I hope it's clear as
mud.
